About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting our staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
Key Duties
Your key duties will include:
- Leading and managing a team of care professionals
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with our management team
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to our management team
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Team Leader in the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of mental health, learning disability, and autism support principles
- A full UK driving licence
