Job Description

As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation;
  • Supporting individuals to engage in hobbies and interests;
  • Accompanying individuals on outings and appointments;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A full UK driver's license;
  • Relevant experience working with vulnerable adults;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £14,400 per year (approx.), commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
