Job Title: Support Worker Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker Supervisor to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism, particularly those with complex needs.

This role involves supervising a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to an individual living in Fordingbridge with Autism.

As a Support Worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing tailored care plans that promote empowerment and independence.

You will work closely with the individual, other team members, and external partners to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Creating and implementing tailored care plans that meet the individual's needs.
  • Collaborating with other teams and external partners to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and making recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective care plans.
