We are seeking a skilled Care Support Coordinator to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited, supporting adults and children with complex care needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to individuals, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

As a Care Support Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and adhering to all relevant guidelines and protocols.

A competitive salary of £16.80 per hour awaits successful candidates.

Please note that we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and require applicants to be based in or around Exeter.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex care needs

• Develop and implement personalized care plans

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services

• Maintain accurate records and reports
