Salary and Benefits

About the Role
As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals with complex needs;
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management;
- Supporting individuals to participate in recreational activities and community events;
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you must possess:
- A full UK driver's license;
- Relevant experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
