Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operating Theatre Nurse to join our Orthopaedics team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopaedic surgery, including experience with hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs. You will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a flexible and positive attitude.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, and access to our private pension scheme. Our benefits package also includes flexible shift patterns, enhanced parental leave policies, and free training and development opportunities via the Ramsay Academy.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs
- Ophthalmology experience would be desirable, but not essential
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
