Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our healthcare team at Acuity Care Group Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Autism care and will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care services.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the complex needs of clients.
- To oversee the maintenance of accurate records and reports related to client progress and team performance.
- To provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Autism care.
- A valid full UK driving license.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
