Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Care Team Leader to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. This role involves providing exceptional support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare sector, specifically as a team leader or in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively manage a team, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Autism and Learning Disability care principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities, including personal care, housekeeping, and companionship.
  • Manage a team of Support Workers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Develop and implement care plans, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Salary: The salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
