This is a rewarding opportunity for the right person to make a positive impact on someone's life, working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Main Duties- Provide support with daily living tasks, including personal care and housekeeping.
- Promote independence and foster a supportive environment.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the individual's privacy.
- Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
- Assist with light household chores, such as cooking and cleaning.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Team leader experience in the healthcare sector.
- Mental health, learning disability, and Autism experience.
- A full UK driving license.
This position is based in/around Exeter and requires a current driver's license due to the commute involved.
