About the Role

As a Disability Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals with complex needs;
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management;
  • Supporting individuals to participate in recreational activities and community events;
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you must possess:

  • A full UK driver's license;
  • Relevant experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
