Support Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced Support Services Manager to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support services to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise support workers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvement.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional care and support services.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, or healthcare management).
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
