Customer Experience Lead

At Latitude Recruitment, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead to join our team and lead the way in this area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service experience and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective processes for customer service reps to interact with customers via telephone, email, live chat or instant messaging
  • Deliver training on handling of sensitive customer service issues
  • Monitor and review processes for ways to ensure procedures remain relevant and cost-effective

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in customer services demonstrating excellent understanding of customer needs and delivering requirements
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Time management
  • Problem solving
  • Attention to detail and analytical
  • Computer literate

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
