Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves working as part of the Digital Product/UX team, delivering projects, fixes, and initiatives that support the digital strategy and vision for Sofology's websites. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with UX designers, report to the Senior Online Product Manager, and work closely with various departments across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate website development projects, providing timely updates and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Raise development tickets in project tracking software, Jira, and document requirements in user story format.
  • Test website development initiatives, flagging issues, and proactively resolving them through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist in setting up usability tests, documenting feedback, and analysis to inform developments.
  • Regularly review competitors and explore innovative ideas to enhance the online customer journey.
  • Become a product expert, answering queries, and serving as a point of contact across the business for site issues resolution.
  • Provide regular status update reports and perform ad hoc/admin responsibilities.

  • Calm, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships across the business and communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Inquisitive and capable of capturing questions to gather relevant information for successful development.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce practices and technical skills (advantageous).
