The estimated salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Job Description
This exciting opportunity involves working as part of the Digital Product/UX team, delivering projects, fixes, and initiatives that support the digital strategy and vision for Sofology's websites. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with UX designers, report to the Senior Online Product Manager, and work closely with various departments across the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate website development projects, providing timely updates and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Raise development tickets in project tracking software, Jira, and document requirements in user story format.
- Test website development initiatives, flagging issues, and proactively resolving them through cross-functional collaboration.
- Assist in setting up usability tests, documenting feedback, and analysis to inform developments.
- Regularly review competitors and explore innovative ideas to enhance the online customer journey.
- Become a product expert, answering queries, and serving as a point of contact across the business for site issues resolution.
- Provide regular status update reports and perform ad hoc/admin responsibilities.

- Knowledge of e-commerce practices and technical skills (advantageous).
- Experience with project briefing and tracking software (e.g., Jira/Trello) (advantageous).
- A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and adapt to different priorities.
- A passion for digital and technology, contributing to pushing innovation forward.
