Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Sofology retail team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our stores.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating all aspects of retail store administrative tasks and support Trade Team activity and event planning.
• Communicating updates, many of which will be business-critical, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Managing fast-paced workloads and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Excellent administration skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Documents or Gsuite software (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides).
• Strong literacy skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
