Sofology Retail Team Manager

Job Description
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of retail store administrative tasks and supporting Trade Team activity and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate goods ordering for the retail estate, travel and accommodation bookings, and support trade team event planning.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels, many of which will be business-critical.
• Work closely with leadership to drive and deliver excellence through all stores.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and protocols, professionally challenging when necessary.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Excellent administration skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Documents or Gsuite software (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides).
• Strong literacy skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a contributory health scheme, flu vaccines, access to a Doctor, and private health check. You will also receive income protection, bereavement, and life assurance, as well as a holiday buy-back scheme (5 days) and sharesave, volunteer days, and cycle to work scheme.
