Customer Service Retentions Specialist

As a Customer Service Retentions Specialist at CCA Recruitment Group, your primary responsibility will be to retain existing customers by understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and offering tailored solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction to minimize churn rates.
This role involves using strong communication and problem-solving skills to engage with customers, build rapport, and highlight the benefits of staying with the company.
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers who are considering leaving the company to identify and resolve any issues.
- Providing personalised solutions and offers to retain customers.
- Communicating effectively via various channels to address customer concerns.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to recommend the best solutions.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Achieving individual and team retention targets and contributing to overall business success.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive basic salary of £23,898, with the opportunity to increase up to £26,500 through performance. Additionally, you will have a flexible working schedule, 5 days out of 7, between 8am and 9pm. Our comprehensive initial training program includes 3 weeks of thorough instruction, followed by ongoing development and support to help you succeed in your role. You will also have access to discounted products and services, pension, healthcare cover, and other benefits.
