We are seeking a skilled Retention Strategist to join our team at CCA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in retaining existing customers by understanding their needs and concerns.

- Maintain open communication with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.

Compensation Package: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
