Assessment and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Assessment and Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of the Social Work Training and Workforce Development Team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and verifying social services employees who will be completing various awards at SCQF levels 6, 7, 9, and 10.

Your experience in supporting the delivery of foundation and modern apprenticeship programmes will be invaluable in this role. You will work closely with the SVQ and Career Pathways Manager to ensure that required standards of awards are met.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in online tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and e-portfolio systems. You will also need to maintain PVG scheme membership (Adult and Children) to be successful in this role.

Working Environment:

This role is part of the Social Work Training and Workforce Development Team located in The Foundry, Larbert. Hybrid working is encouraged, supporting flexibility and good work life balance.

Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
