SVQ and Career Pathways Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an SVQ and Career Pathways Development Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of foundation and modern apprenticeship programmes, including quality assurance and standardisation activities to ensure that awards are delivered to the highest standards.

You will work closely with the Assessment Centre team to engage in quality assurance and standardisation activities, and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment that supports flexibility and good work-life balance.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. To be successful, you will need strong organisational and communication skills, as well as confidence in using online tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and e-portfolio systems.

PVG scheme membership (Adult and Children) is a requirement for this role.
