Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. in the Forth Valley Branch. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring that care workers are matched to clients based on their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care services to meet client requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with care workers and clients
- Conduct regular care assessments and reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (not essential)
- Registered with the SSSC
- 2 years experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency (ideally)
- Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential
