The NHS Forth Valley's Operational Management team for Emergency Care & Inpatients is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Support Officer. This is a secondment/fixed term opportunity for 12 months to cover the substantive post holder's career break. As a Project Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Acute Services Team in delivering exceptional patient care and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various operational and professional stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) is also essential. Additionally, experience in waiting list management, using digital platforms to monitor activity and queues, and basic improvement methodology and tools will be highly valued. Project Management knowledge and skills are also desired.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that values peer support and offers exposure to different services and healthcare contexts. Education and training are promoted within the organization. The selected candidate will be expected to provide support to other programs of work within the wider team. Interviews will take place on January 7th.
