About the Role:

We are excited to recruit a Band 7 AHP Lead for our new National Treatment Centre based in Forth Valley Royal Hospital. This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

As an AHP lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of OTs, physios, and rehabilitation support workers, providing clinical sessions as an Occupational Therapist to patients undergoing arthroplasties, and developing strategies to improve services and support staff wellbeing.

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence in care delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in leading teams and providing clinical sessions as an Occupational Therapist

Estimated Salary: £64,500 - £84,359 per annum (inclusive of Market Forces payment)
