Commercial Bid Manager Position

Job Description:
- Manage the entire bid and quotation process, playing a key part in securing new business and driving growth.
- Collaborate across multiple departments, including Engineering, Sales, and Commercial, to ensure bids are compliant, complete, and compelling.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling bid schedule, manage customer communications, and lead pre-bid activities.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in bid planning.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interpret customer requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of bid processes, best practices, and industry standards.
- Able to manage workload and work to deadlines.
