Job Description:

  • Manage the entire bid and quotation process, playing a key part in securing new business and driving growth.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments, including Engineering, Sales, and Commercial, to ensure bids are compliant, complete, and compelling.
  • Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling bid schedule, manage customer communications, and lead pre-bid activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in bid planning.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interpret customer requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of bid processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Able to manage workload and work to deadlines.
