Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of care professionals, providing guidance and coaching to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Promote a caring environment that adheres to best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal use of resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, external agencies, and other stakeholders, enhancing our reputation in the community.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience as a Home Manager, preferably in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to control and manage budgets, accounts, and financial data.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Able to innovate and introduce new ideas to improve standards and quality of care.
