Job Overview

Falkirk Council is seeking an experienced trainer to support staff recruitment during the winter months. The postholder will deliver induction and core training for new recruits in care homes, enabling them to commence their role without delay and carry out required duties competently in line with Safe Staffing and Health and Safety legislation.

About the Role

This is a secondment opportunity for Falkirk Council employees. Prior to application, please obtain confirmation from your current Line Manager that you can be released to take up this secondment opportunity, should you be successful.

The postholder will work in conjunction with the workforce development team and liaise with managers, local agencies, and the Forth Valley Care Home Support Team.
