Elysium Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting the wellbeing of our patients, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies.

Your day-to-day activities will include conducting wellbeing assessments, developing wellbeing plans, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver effective wellbeing interventions. You will also be required to update patient records and provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wellbeing principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess a calm and empathetic approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £25,756 per annum, including a £300 welcome bonus and 33 days annual leave.
