About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sanctuary Project Coordinator. In this role, you will provide support to individuals who have experienced homelessness, helping them to maximize their potential and independence.

You will work closely with colleagues to assess customers' needs and develop personalized support plans to meet their requirements. You will also liaise with external support links to improve customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have experience working with adults who have faced homelessness and be able to work as part of a team, using a strong "can-do" attitude. They will also possess strong organizational skills and functional literacy and numeracy.
