Job Description

We are seeking an Emotional Wellbeing Worker to join our team, working closely with young people aged 16-25 to provide emotional health and wellbeing support across the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer a range of individualised support to young people, addressing their emotional health and wellbeing needs.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people.
  • Prepare and deliver education sessions and group work to young people in education settings or the community.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate a strong understanding of youth development principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

Action Together offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We also offer a range of benefits, including Long Service Leave, Supervision, Wellbeing Day, and Volunteer Day.
