Job Description

This role involves supervising groups of students, promoting enjoyment and achievement. You will work on a rota for a 24-hours-a-day service, covering a 37-hour full-time role with occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Recognise learning opportunities and work within safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Develop a flexible, resilient, and therapeutic approach to working with people.
  • Utilise practical skills in Art, Baking, Creative Writing, or IT where applicable.
  • Demonstrate our values and work within our Christian ethos.
