About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access a meaningful and enriching education.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing individualized support to students with varying levels of SEN
  • Assisting teachers in implementing tailored learning activities that promote independence and confidence
  • Collaborating with professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Offering personal care and guidance as required
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective behavior management

The successful candidate will have:
