Care Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team at HOSPICE UK. This is an exciting opportunity to maximise income by delivering high-quality donation processing, supporter care, and donor journeys.
The successful candidate will lead the development, planning, and delivery of a sustainable outsourced lottery programme that delivers against income and ROI targets. They will also oversee the management and continuous optimisation of the CRM System (Donorflex).
As a Care Coordinator Specialist, you will have significant experience in customer service, ideally within a not-for-profit or commercial setting. You will be responsible for leading the development of a sustainable outsourced lottery programme and overseeing the management of the CRM System.
About the Role- Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Location: HOSPICE UK
- Job Type: Full-time
- 25 days holiday increasing to 29 with length of service (pro-rata if part-time)
