We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a Care Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for older people and lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care services.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Lead a team of carers to provide person-centred care to residents
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in caring for older people
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
