Youth Care Coordinator

As a Deputy Home Manager at Aspris Childrens Services, you will play a vital role in supporting and caring for young people with emotional, behavioural difficulties, and other complex needs. Located in the Forest Heath District, our 5-bedded home provides a safe and understanding environment where young people can address their behaviours and take responsibility for their actions.
The emphasis of our work is on intervention and challenging inappropriate behaviour through a holistic therapeutic approach. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Manager to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for a small staff team and support the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
