We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Manager to become an integral part of our support team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited. In this role, you will have a positive impact on the young people we support.
About the RoleThe Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the day-to-day running of our Mildenhall Children's Home. This includes overseeing the care and well-being of the young people, as well as managing a team of staff.
What You'll Need- A recognised qualification in social care or a related field
- Experience in a similar role or in youth work
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
This is a full-time position, working approximately 37 hours per week. The salary range is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid holiday and a pension scheme.
