As a Deputy Home Manager at Aspris Children's Services Limited, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a 5-bedded children's home, providing guidance and supervision to staff members, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of dedication and commitment. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small staff team, supervising daily routines, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. You will also be involved in implementing care plans, monitoring progress, and contributing to the development of new initiatives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People, with a willingness to study towards a Level 5 Diploma. You should also have experience in team leadership, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
