Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home at Mildenhall Children's Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents.

Job Requirements

  1. Oversee the overall operation of the home, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  2. Develop and implement individual care plans, promoting the well-being and growth of our residents.
  3. Manage accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A solid foundation in childcare or social work.Proven experience working with vulnerable children and young people.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary of £33,500 per annum, along with benefits such as training opportunities, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
