Deputy Care Services Manager

Aspris Childrens Services Limited is a leading provider of care services for young people. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each young person in our care.
We are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Mildenhall Children's Home. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our mission by providing day-to-day management of the home and ensuring that all aspects of care meet the highest standards.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and has excellent leadership and communication skills. If you have a strong sense of commitment and a desire to make a difference, we would like to hear from you.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth support and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. Key responsibilities include:
