About the Role

Galaxy Personnel Careers is currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Coordinator Administrator to support our office functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing holiday and sickness records, adding new MECH BOMs to Sage, and reallocating Bills of Materials when changes occur.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Holiday and sickness records management
  2. Adding new MECH BOMs to Sage 200 systems
  3. Reallocating Bills of Materials when changes occur
  4. Sage contact for all employees in the UK
  5. Weekly review of sales orders and purchase orders
  6. Service visits: handling enquiries, quoting, and invoicing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience with Sage 200 systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should also possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
