Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator Administrator to join our team at Galaxy Personnel Careers. This permanent position will be based in a location close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and will involve working full-time hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Holiday and sickness records management
  • Adding new MECH BOMs to Sage 200 systems
  • Reallocating Bills of Materials when changes occur
  • Sage contact for all employees in the UK
  • Weekly review of sales orders and purchase orders
  • Service visits: handling enquiries, quoting, and invoicing
  • Sharing telephone duties with colleagues
  • Recording machine orders and issuing job codes
  • Creating sales orders for machine orders and issuing deposit invoices
  • Completing machine orders and creating shipping documents
  • Liaising with customers for machine shipments
  • Booking shipping for machines
  • Credit control: chasing customer payments
  • Creating quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders for spares
  • Obtaining weights and country of origin for spare parts
  • Packing spare parts and arranging shipment
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage 200 systems and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They should also possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary and Benefits
