Mental Health Care Coordinator

Job Overview: We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our Community Adult Mental Health Service based in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
