Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Paediatric Mental Health Nursing Lead to join our team. As a lead nurse in this specialty, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team. Your role will involve developing and implementing care pathways, providing education and training, and promoting best practice in paediatric mental health care.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in paediatric nursing, with a strong focus on mental health. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a leadership role, collaborate with other professionals, and provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality paediatric mental health care services.
- Develop and implement care pathways and guidelines for paediatric mental health.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff and other professionals.
The salary for this position is estimated at £44,606 - £71,504 per annum, depending on experience.
