We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at PHMG, the world's leading audio branding agency.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UK, North America, and Australia. You will work closely with our sales leadership team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong ability to analyze market trends, source high-quality leads, and close deals in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission structure, promotion opportunities as early as 6 months, sales leadership development program, comprehensive induction, and ongoing training.
