Job Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in the market.

About the Role:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to secure new customers and increase sales revenue.
  • Territory Management: Manage and grow our sales territory, building strong relationships with key accounts and buying groups.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain excellent customer engagement through our CRM system, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar role is essential for this position.
  • Background: A background in selling timber or building products is highly desirable.
  • Ideal Experience: Ideal experience selling timber products into the builders' merchant sector would be an asset.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and additional compensation packages.
