About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to join our senior leadership team, driving business growth, revenue expansion, and innovation across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and improve overall performance
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and improve overall performance
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to set business goals, objectives, and priorities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development roles, with experience in driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
