Senior Business Development Director

Pluxa Property is seeking a Senior Business Development Director to lead our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate sales and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales growth and a deep understanding of the UK property industry.

The Senior Business Development Director will be instrumental in driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and growing our presence in the market. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Senior Business Development Director, you will have the opportunity to progress to Head of Business Development and C-level positions in the company.

About the Role:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a remote sales team, setting targets and driving them to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Pitch, secure, and manage high-value property sales, particularly in new build and off-plan developments.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders, ensuring a personalized approach to each sale.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and strategic client acquisition.
  • Oversee property marketing strategies, working closely with the marketing team to optimize listings, advertisements, and campaigns.
  • Manage client reporting, ensuring clear, consistent communication and updates on property sales and developments.
  • Streamline sales operations, ensuring all systems and processes support smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in the real estate market, particularly within the built-to-rent and off-plan sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, expand the client base, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set business goals, identify potential markets, and implement action plans.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and potential growth areas to senior management.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A foundation in business principles and real estate knowledge is essential.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years in real estate sales or business development. National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Qualification desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, specifically in new build and off-plan apartment developments. Familiarity with built-to-rent apartment developments is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and pitching abilities. Strong leadership and people management skills with a talent for motivating and developing a sales team. Experience with CRM systems, using data insights to drive results. Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary package: £30,000 per annum basic salary, £90,000+ OTE. This is a remote role, so you can work from the comfort of your home.
