Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Manchester. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients.
About the Job:- The estimated annual salary for this position is around £55,000 - £65,000, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
