Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Manchester, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering exceptional service and meeting their needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue and driving business expansion.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
