Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team at True North Talent, a leading specialist recruitment business in the Food and Drink manufacturing sector. As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and developing knowledge of our sector and industry.
With a strong track record in business-to-business or consumer sales, and experience in goal-setting and achieving targets, you will excel in this role. A high level of organization, planning skills, and confident telephone manner are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and be passionate about the food and drink industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 - £38,500 (DOE) plus excellent commission and benefits. You will also have access to exclusive discounts and rewards with over 30,000 brands, as well as increasing holiday allowance with length of service.
