As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will support the planning and handling of the EMEA Brand team for undisclosed, one of the world's leading luxury brands. You will manage and monitor the workload of a team, as well as help to develop their skill sets.

  • Maintains detailed media plans across Publishing and OOH, working with direct reports to manage all deadlines and ensuring quality control.
  • Ensures that channel briefs are effective, oversees the delivery of ongoing media plans and works with specialist teams to ensure success.
  • Supports to deliver solutions to client briefs that clients are going to see as innovative and creative.
  • Effectively manages the workloads and quality standards of team members, using a coach approach to support their development and independence.
  • Allocates team resource to ensure delivery of data, information, and projects. Ensures team members receive feedback, performance reviews, and career development plans in a timely and impactful manner.
  • Deep understanding of client's products and services to enable the delivery of innovative, ambitious, strategic & commercial plans which are also effective ensuring that business targets and KPI's are met.
  • Accountable Leadership – Having regular developmental conversations supported by process.
