Overview

The Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts is seeking an experienced Executive Director/CEO to manage its daily operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster an effective operating environment, managing finances, performances, exhibits, classes, events, and partnerships while generating revenue.
  2. Oversee the leasing of spaces to enhance earned income.
  3. Supervise staff in various departments, guiding their efforts towards achieving organizational objectives.
  4. Promote the organization through external representation and community engagement.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' senior management experience in the arts sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading organizations, setting strategies, and implementing operational plans.
  • Strong networking and partnership-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with boards, volunteers, and stakeholders.
Compensation

The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $95,000 to $110,000 annually, inclusive of standard benefits.
